I drove by this place and thought the name looked great! well, the name is only the beginning. Dr Jay and his staff were great! my daughter was not to sure about this new place but let me tell you. she was skipping out the door. the staff was professional, very kind, efficient and skilled great with kids. we will absolutely be back. thank you for cleaning my little girls teeth and having a stress free morning!
My youngest daughter usually clams right up with any dentist. I was desperate to find the best and came here. I was not disappointed at all!!! Extremely kid friendly and incredibly nice staff! My daughter saw both Dr. Jay and Dr. Sarah, both were absolutely amazing!! Jackie has never done so well at any other place. Also their office is very very clean, 10 out of 10 recommend!!
Awesome place , the hygienist Olivia was so good and gentle with my daughter and clearly knows how to work with kids. Dr Lisa is very sweet as well .
I have been going here since my son was 1 and they have always been great with him. Now he’s 4 and not scared at all and we finally got X-rays done and the dental hygienist and Doctor were patient with him which made it great.
I have had a great experience from start to finish with this office the few times I have gone so far. The staff and doctor were welcoming, kind, patient, and also knowledgeable!
Can’t say enough about this dental office! I took my son who is 3 years old here for one of his first dental visits. I tried a few places prior and they didn’t turn out so well. The staff was so kind and friendly, they made us feel so welcomed. We saw Dr. Jay and he was the kindest dentist I have meet! My son loved him, he sat through X-rays and 2 filling!!!!! I was in shook! I left feeling so relieved, proud and happy that I have finally found a dentist and dental office my son loves. As a mom of a 3 year old that struggles with brushing his teeth, this was a big deal! We are so happy with this office can’t wait to go back for our check up! Thank you Dr. Jay and Team!!!
Where do I even begin, Dr. Jay and his amazing staff have made my little girls visit one of the best by far, from the moment you walk in you're greeted by such a happy staff, they make coming to the dentist feel fun and not scary at all, Katlynn has been cleaning my little girls teeth since she was one year's old she truly makes my little girl feel so comfortable, she even does show and tell so she knows what to expect and reassure her that there is nothing to be scared of. Dr. jay's assistant Jessica has also made my little girls visit a breeze by doing show and tell when filling a cavity, she also explain to myself step by step of what they'd be doing so I can feel at ease as well. Thank you Little Tooth Company for providing outstanding dental cleaning &' work on my little girl. Ava can't wait for her next cleaning !
I bring my 2 year old son here and they are absolutely the best . The office Covid protocols are very reassuring. The office is very accommodating and Dr. Jay and the staff are wonderful . I can not say enough good things about this office.
This is a fantastic dentist! The hygienists are great with the kids and Dr. Jay is great as well. They really love the TVs on the walls too. Staff is friendly. precovid, my daughter loved the video games.

Office staff are cheerful and pleasant without being too fake, 'cutesy' or condescending towards the kids. Just genuinely kind-hearted, calm and trustworthy. The Dr is wise, kind, and very personable as well. They never seem rushed, they explain everything and they do not push for unnecessary treatments. Appointments are always on time, and in my experience they don't ever run behind schedule --which I really appreciate. My 4 children actually look forward to their cleanings every time!
Today was our first visit with The Little Tooth Company and we could not be more impressed!. We recently moved to the area and I asked our previous pediatric dentist if she had anyone she recommended near our new home. She instantly said to bring my sons to Dr. Jay and that she knew him from dental school. I am a dental hygienist myself so I have high expectations when looking for dental providers for my family. The office was meticulously clean and all up to date with all the new technologies I like to see in dental practices. The front desk staff, hygienist and dental assistant were all so friendly and from the moment we checked in until we left the building I felt they wanted to give my son the best experience possible. He loved the fun waiting room toys and tv during his appointment and I also appreciated the age appropriate prizes and treatment he received. I am so happy we found Dr. Jay and his team to be our new dental home!
Excellent Doctor and hygienists. We had an emergency which my 4 yr old hit a corner of a table and knocked out 2 teeth with the roots. I called the office at the end of the day and they responded quickly, had me take pics of his teeth, gums and email it in. They arranged to see him immediately!! They took X-rays and took care of him!! Entire staff is friendly
This place hands done is the most enjoyable pediatric dentist and medical facility period that I am so pleased I came across. The experience from the parking lot to the token given for a prize is truly as a parent a joy for me. The staff are very friendly and they treat your child as if they truly do matter! I highly recommend this dentist

I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was 1 (she’s 5 now)! Dr Jay and all of his staff are so kind and courteous!! My daughter actually likes going to the dentist 10/10 would recommend!!!
Taylor cleaned both of my boys teeth, (4&1) and she made the experience for them so great! They didn’t complain once, and my oldest even asked when he was coming back to get his teeth cleaned. Overall, the experience was great and im so glad we found a great dentist to go to!
We love The Little Tooth Company so much, we drive almost an hour to go there! Dr. Jay essentially saved my one year old from having to have dental surgery in an operating room under anesthesia when he was one and we have been going ever since. He is almost nine now! They are kind, patient and gentle. They explain everything they are doing in a way my children can understand. It’s super clean and welcoming and I trust them fully.

My experience with Dr. Jay and his staff has only been positive. Not only do I enjoy the professional and welcoming environment, my kids actually like to go to the dentist! The office itself is very kid friendly and this makes the visit easier for children and because of this it's a lot less stressful for the parent. It's amazing to me that sometimes I can't get my toddler to sit still to do something fun, but when she is having her dental exam she is engaged, cooperative and actually happy! Anyway, I would recommend this place 100x over and I do!
Always a good experience when i take my kids here. The hygienists are always polite and make it easy for my kids. You can expect to be in and out quickly too!
We were new to The Little Tooth Co, and let me tell you - they went above and beyond. My son had a toothache and had to leave school. This was his first visit there. They were able to squeeze him in within an hour and a half. They were kind and friendly. They were just amazing. Very patient with my son and I was just so grateful.
We've been going to see Dr. Jay and the staff since our 10yo started going to the dentist. We've happily recommended The Little Tooth Company to anyone we know looking for a pediatric dentist. The office is very clean, the hygienists and assistants , as well as Dr. Jay and Dr. Lisa are friendly and very good with kids answering questions and making sure they know what is being done. The TVs with kids shows and decorations throughout make it a very comfortable and positive experience for the kids. Can not recommend them enough!
My son loves dr Sarah and I feel so comfortable bringing him there. He never cries and he’s always relaxed. I got my dates wrong in my calendar and I showed up 2 days earlier and they did everything they could to squeeze me in and I’m so thankful for that. Very thoughtful people and dr Sarah is so calm and we love her. Thank you so much!

My daughter and I came to CT for the holidays to visit with family. I didn’t want my daughter missing one of her dentist appointments, so I called here to see if they could get her in as a new patient. Upon calling, I was greeted right away by the nicest receptionist, Hannah. I told her my situation and she did her best work to get us in quick! Not only was the front desk great at their job, but so was the hygienist & doctor! I was so pleased with this company as a whole and will be recommending to others!

The staff was fantastic! This is the first time my little guy has been to the dentist and they made him feel so comfortable and safe. Not only did the hygienist and the dentist take their time with him but they were so great about explaining everything that was happening to him and me. 100% recommend!!
WOW! What an amazing experience we had today! NO crowns, NO surgery, NO general anesthesia! Dr. Jay and his staff were warm, welcoming, and calm! He explained what was happening with my children's teeth, offered me a number of options, and explained the pros/cons of each. I did not feel pressured. I was so impressed I immediately scheduled an appointment for my oldest! Couldn't be happier
The office is beautiful and brand new with state of the art treatment rooms, movies, and video games. After having a very poor experience at another pediatric practice in town, Dr. Jay is like a hero in my eyes! Please check them out and give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
